phjl Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phjl website at phjl.net, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

phjl is an online gaming platform operating in the Philippines and serving Filipino players only. All services, games, sports betting markets, promotions and payment transactions on phjl are designed for the Philippine market and are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

These Terms apply to all products and services available on phjl, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting on Philippine and international events, the phjl VIP programme, all current and future promotions, the phjl App, and all deposit and withdrawal services via GCash, Maya, InstaPay and PESONet.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use phjl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phjl strictly enforces a minimum participation age of 21 for all Filipino players. No exceptions will be made.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account creation and while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts on phjl.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phjl or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from online gaming platforms in the Philippines or subject to any legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible Filipino player may hold only one registered phjl account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or phone numbers by the same individual — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, phjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjl account login credentials. This includes your registered email address, password and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account. phjl will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone.

All activity carried out using your phjl account credentials will be considered as authorised activity by you. phjl accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phjl support immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal from phjl. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC include a valid passport, Philippine National ID, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's licence, Voter's ID, PRC ID or UMID card. A matching selfie will also be required as part of the verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All phjl deposits and withdrawals are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjl supports the following payment channels for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, InstaPay (real-time bank transfer) and PESONet (scheduled bank transfer via BSP-member Philippine banks).

Deposits made through GCash and Maya are credited to your phjl account in real time upon successful confirmation in your payment app. InstaPay deposits typically reflect within minutes, while PESONet deposits may take up to one banking business day.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the phjl finance team and paid back to the same payment channel and account used for the original deposit. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally completed within 1 to 3 hours of approval. InstaPay withdrawals take 3 to 6 hours, and PESONet withdrawals may take up to one banking business day. Processing times may vary during Philippine public holidays and peak platform periods.

phjl does not charge a platform fee for standard PHP deposits and withdrawals. Your own GCash, Maya or Philippine bank account may apply their own service charges in accordance with their terms; phjl has no control over these third-party fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phjl offers a range of promotions for Filipino players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-based promotions aligned with the Philippine sporting calendar, including PBA season events, major boxing cards and national holidays.

Each phjl promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts in PHP, eligible games, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. General bonus rules that apply across all phjl promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds are credited to your phjl account separately from your real money balance and must satisfy all wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• phjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be notified by phjl support.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between phjl accounts and have no monetary value outside of the phjl platform.

7. Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

phjl maintains a strict fair-play policy. The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential legal action where applicable under Philippine law:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets on phjl.
• Collusion with other players in card games or any game format where coordinated play distorts fair outcomes.
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to generate artificially inflated balances or winnings.
• Money laundering, match-fixing, or use of phjl for any activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act and related Philippine financial regulations.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or registering a phjl account on behalf of someone else.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing phjl staff, support agents, or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access phjl systems, servers or databases beyond your authorised account access scope.

phjl actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, phjl may freeze account access pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified via their registered email address.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

phjl collects and processes personal data from Filipino players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on phjl, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the phjl Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your full name, date of birth, Philippine address, phone number, email address and government-issued ID details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

phjl does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Transaction data processed through GCash, Maya and Philippine bank channels is handled in accordance with BSP regulations and the respective terms of those payment providers.

9. Responsible Gaming

phjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We provide a range of tools within your phjl account settings to help you maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PHP deposit caps directly in your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjl shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the phjl platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phjl's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Filipino player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

phjl is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, Philippine government actions, power failures, internet service disruptions, payment network outages affecting GCash, Maya or Philippine banks, or other force majeure events.

phjl does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs and third-party service outages may affect platform accessibility. phjl will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows through the platform and via registered player email addresses.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

phjl reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered Filipino players via their registered email address at least seven days before they take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of phjl after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using phjl, complete any pending withdrawal of your PHP balance, and close your account by contacting phjl support.

phjl aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex cases requiring additional investigation may take longer; phjl will keep affected players updated on the status of their complaint throughout the process.
